This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The fonts are served from this domain. We do not know who you are unless you write to us.

Who is responsible

Hosting

This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes connection data: your IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell people from automated traffic.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers transfers to the United States.

Email

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply and to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and for its correction, deletion or restriction. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to hello@shipmind.eu.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one responsible for where you live or work.
